This Disclaimer outlines the limitations and disclaimers that apply to the services provided by Leo Book Publisher. By engaging our services or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
01No Guarantees
While we strive to provide high-quality, professional publishing services, Leo Book Publisher cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as bestseller status, specific sales figures, media features, or commercial success for your book or project. Publishing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, reader demand, and platform algorithms. Our responsibility is limited to providing the services described and agreed upon in your Service Agreement or proposal.
02Indirect Damages
Leo Book Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with our services.
03External Factors
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by third parties — such as publishing platforms, distributors, printers, payment processors, or other service providers — that are beyond our reasonable control. This includes platform policy changes, service outages, shipping delays, and other circumstances outside our direct oversight.
04Total Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our Terms & Conditions or our services, regardless of the cause, shall in no event exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific service directly giving rise to the claim.
